2020年對觀光界來說，是有史以來最艱難的一年，全世界有超過3000萬確診人數，超過百萬人的生命為疫情付出代價。正當全世界都在風起雲湧探討觀光的未來，或許台灣的台北國際順風社(SKÅL International Taipei )為慶祝世界旅遊日，於9月25日在台北福華大飯店舉行的國際論壇，是現在十分少數的大型實體加虛擬的國際會議，集結台灣、日本、新加坡、瑞士、泰國、美國等重要旅遊相關代表，共同探討如何在後疫情時代讓旅遊產業重啟與轉型。
