Effective Communications
Connecting from Asia to the World

Then visited an Onsen in Hokkaido 40 years ago, attracted by the charm of the magical healing waters… started learning Japanese and visited over 700 Onsens in Japan, also practiced at 4 top Japan Ryokans to learn the know-how and secrets… Japan media reported her special experiences and addresses Windy as “Onsen Ambassador from Taiwan”.
Joined Skål International Taipei in 2003 and have been acting as PR ever since. Worked as PR Chair to 2008 Skal World Congress in Taipei, helped the historical Skål Japan- Skål Taiwan 6 Clubs-Twinning as promoter & PR (2018 Osaka, Japan). Chaired Skål International Taipei 50th Anniversary (2020), won Skål President’s Special Award 2020 and organized “Namaste Skål Taipei Bollywood Night” on April 14, 2021.
Very honored to be elected as SIAA PR Director, Windy will dedicate myself teaming up with all SIAA clubs’ PR and closely linking with all local clubs to build up strong, practical and efficient communications via social media, digital media, direct person-to-person contacts… showing the strength of “Skål Asia” to the World🌎
Being with Skål for 18 years, “18” is pronounced in Mandarin as “SPA”, which resembles Windy’s specialized field–hot spring SPA, with people referring as “Spa Lady”. Windy always believes “Keep SPAing, keep us always 18!”
Travel like SPA can make us feel young again at any age.
So my dear friends,
Stay Positive
Stay Healthy
Stay Strong and
Stay YOUNG!!
SKÅL ASIA with over 2,580 members in 39 Clubs, 28 grouped in 5 national committees and 11 affiliated, the Skål Asian Area is the most diverse Area in the world of Skål International.
